Adele Reinhartz is a Professor in the Department of Classics and Religious Studies at the University of Ottawa. Her main areas of research are New Testament, early Jewish-Christian relations, the Bible and Film, and feminist biblical criticism. She is the author of numerous articles and books and is the General editor of the Journal of Biblical Literature.
