The Youth Ministry of Mary, Mother of the Church invites all youth ages 12-18 for our yearly Youth Retreat! This year, our Youth Retreat will take place at the beautiful and scenic Wilderness Edge Retreat and Conference Centre (32 Burrows Road) in Pinawa, MB! The retreat will take place from Friday, June 21 - Sunday, June 23, 2024. 

Youth participants will have the opportunity to venture outdoors, participate in special talks and scripture studies and overall, have the opportunity to meet other youth. The serene Whiteshell area of Manitoba is the perfect place to recharge, have fellowship and become closer to God as the school year ends. The cost for participation is $160/youth and includes all accommodations such as transportation and food.

Participants are to arrive at Mary, Mother of the Church Parish (85 Kirkbridge Drive) at 5:30pm on June 21. Mass will be celebrated with families at 6pm and we will depart the parish at 7pm. We will arrive on Sunday, June 22 at 4:30pm.

A list of packing items will be made available shortly. Lastly, please note that there will be a mandatory orientation meeting with all parents and youths on Monday, June 17 from 7-8pm at the parish hall.
